Hey thanks for sharing, took a quick look at Biotage.
Looks like a nice compounder with strong organic growth focused on instruments for drug development (should be similar to Sartorius). Can't really understand their products since it's not my specialty. Added it to my "to do" list though
Good post. I have a slot in my portfolio reserved for one between tmo, dnh, eurofins or sartorius. I think sartorius is the most risky but the one tham can outgrowth the others. I think tmo o dnh are the most secure...for margin of security i am waiting falls between 10-15%...time will say.
Hi Oscar, do you have any experience related to cell counter companies like Chemometec? Curious what your views are on automated cell counters and whether Chemometec stands a chance competing with Danaher (Beckman Coulter), Thermo Fisher, and Revvity (Nexcelom).
Chemometec's margins are quite unbelievable, so I'm curious as to what's so special about cell counters in the modern biotech industry.
Yeah I actually omitted Chemometec (it popped up in the screener) because I have no idea about their products and how will they sustain their margins, so can't help you there.
great entry Oscar! thanks for making better understandable this market. Please, have a look at swedish Biotage and come back to me. thanks

Great post. Currently own Danaher and SDI Group. Looking to adding Sartorius but my current shopping list is quite long :)
